Rossese
An excellent yet rarely seen varietal found on the Ligurian coast of northwestern Italy. Rossese is known for producing light red wines that are fresh, fruity and best consumed young. Look to the DOC of Dolceacqua where the Rossese produces wines that have distinct fresh herb character on the nose and palate.
