Roasting strawberry leaps out of the glass in this classic Minervois rose. While the nose may seem a bit rich at first, what you taste is light and refreshing with a combination of strawberries, raspberries, and an interesting twist of tart apple to round out the fruits. A nice pairing for roasted chicken, or even burgers. July 28, 2007

One of the very best values in a southern French rose, the Le Olivieres has a fantastic balance of zippy acid, bright red cherry on the palate, and a pleasing bit of spice on the nose. Great with fish off the barbie or grilled stuffed eggplant. July 28, 2007

An absolutely beautiful sauvignon blanc with a bright, enticing nose and immediate aromas of slate and salty sea air. The palate follows through with a punch of minerality, along with flavors of tart Granny Smith apple, lemon zest and a balanced grip of acidity. This a wine not to be missed. September 7, 2006
