This is a delightfully flavorful and rich wine that pairs well with seafood and poultry. It's complex nose, redolent of apricot, cream, lime, tangerine and vanilla complements the viscous, full-bodied mouth feel and lengthy finish. Semillon (4%) was added to maximize complexity and enhance mouth feel.

This lovely wine partially barrel-fermented, and aged on the lees for 10 months. No sulfur dioxide was added during the aging period, leading to a more integrated palette on the finished wine.
