Bartenura Moscato 2006
Excellent substitute for Champagne. Beautiful light taste that will work well as an apertif or dessert wine. Not great for dinner, but easy to drink with a light lunch or cheese.

Ruffino Il Ducale 2003
Great alternative to the Ruffino types. Slightly sweeter than the Classic Chianti.

A great Italian chianti. Tastes great now and after some aging. Your pick.

Pindar Vineyards Winter White
A nice, easy to drink white. Sweet yet slightly dry with enough flavor for any simple white meat.

Pindar Vineyards Sweet Scarlett
This is my "go-to" wine. Delicious with a variety of food types; especially barbeque and Italian red sauce. I prefer to drink this cold or chilled, but it is good no matter how it is served.

Pindar Vineyards Summer Blush
Great strawberry taste. Not the best with many dishes except a rice mix, but great with fruit and cheese. Ideal for a relaxing summer day. Best served chilled.

Pindar Vineyards Mythology 2000
Pindar's best tasting red overall. Bold and even taste throughout.

Sweet white wine that is great served chilled. Will add plenty of flavor to any mild chicken, pork, or rice dish. January 23, 2008
