A true declassified Chateauneuf du Pape, the wine is a deep, nearly opaque purple, bringing confident aromas of raspberry, strawberry and blackberry to the nose, with eucalyptus, black pepper, licorice and floral notes. Touches of cinnamon and spice follow onto the medium to full-bodied juicy palate. The tannins are firm, ripe, and well integrated. It all makes for delicious fun. May 21, 2008

This red wine of deep color and a nose of black fruit, blueberry and raspberry has a great freshness despite its intensity in the mouth. The wine is marked by round and soft tannins of extreme finesse. This is a great wine to be enjoyed now, however it can also be cellared for several years. Decanting shortly before serving will be beneficial. May 12, 2008

This wine is made from a very strict selection of vines hand harvested from various parcels in the village of Fuisse and Pouilly. The vines are between 45 and 75 years old, thus bringing the wine a strong character and richness. This is a very mineral and elegant wine with a beautiful structure and fresh finish. Aged for 8 to 10 months in old and new French oak barrels. Best enjoyed within the next 3 to 5 years. May 1, 2008

This pale yellow wine with bright tints offers up a mineral and appetizing nose with notes of white fruits and white flowers. The smooth and wide palate reveals the same flowery and citrus aromas with a nice freshness. White fruits such as pears and peaches are found on the finish. Serve at 48-50°F with cheese (goat), fish and/or seafood, Asian, or Creole cuisine, or simply with friends!

Very juicy and fresh, with delicious flavors of lemon curd, apple and mineral. Rich spicy notes and hints of orange peel fill the crisp finish.

This limited production cuvee was harvested by hand, de-stemmed. Temperature-controlled fermentation and aged for 12 months in tank before bottling. April 30, 2008

The rooster wakes up your palate with a combination of fruit and great acidity. Lots of green and citrus aromas, including pineapple and lemon on the nose, with a hint of spice. Medium-bodied and balanced, it has straightforward, juicy tropical and citrus flavors and, a clean, refreshing finish. Great with lighter cuisine or for evening sipping.

Best served chilled or 50°F with sauced fish, Indian/Chinese cuisine, or fresh sheep's milk cheese. This wine marries perfectly with duck breast cooked with green apples and accentuates the bond between the rich and lively green flavors. April 30, 2008
