Addamo Vineyards

The Addamo family traces its wine-growing roots back to Sicily, where winemaker David Addamo's grandparents tended their vines. His father owns a vineyard in Hollister, California, meaning Addamo has inherited his interest in winemaking through many generations. In 2000, after receiving degrees in Agriculture and Business, Addamo settled on a 120-acre piece of land in Orcutt, California, which is now full of vines.

Addamo Vineyards rests in the hills of northern Santa Barbara County, where ocean breezes and sandy loam soils contribute to the terroir-induced wines he strives to achieve. Addamo produces Riesling, Chardonnay, Grenache, Dolcetto, Syrah and Pinot Noir, aging each in French Oak.
