Palama
The Palama winery was founded in 1936, at which time it produced primarily bulk wine. Over the following decades, Palama began selling its wine to restaurants in the Salento area and changed its business concept from bulk wines to quality wines. With the collaboration of the enologist Leonardo Sergio, Palama has become a modern winery, with the sense to incorporate old traditions.
