When I think of German Riesling, this is exactly the aroma and flavor profile I think of. Notes of pink lady apple, loads of slate, white peach and a touch of petro on the nose. Dry yet super vibrant, well balanced, and perfect for dinner or dessert. A great wine for Indian cuisine. June 13, 2007
