A fantastic wine. Aromas that ranged from dry earth and suboise to sweet spices and ripe red fruit to foie gras and roasted mushrooms. Very perfumed on the palate, with almost sweet red fruit and a camphor and lanolin aspect. Silky and smooth with a fine texture and soft, velvety tannins. I can only imagine how much better this will be in ten years. November 13, 2007
