Low viscosity and very little body as it is a riesling. Smells sweet and peachy yet very acidic. Upon initial tasting it is sweet and light, but left a bitter acid feeling on the tongue. With air introduced the acid is cut. Still leaves a slightly bitter aftertaste. Would be great paired with poultry and desert. I will be finding this riesling again. January 10, 2009
