This classic Bordeaux-style blend from Iron Horse's T-T Vineyards is top of the line. At first the nose offers notes of stone fruits and earth. Give it 15 or 20 minutes to open up. It now offers delicate aromas of cedar, tobacco and spices backed by a subtle wall of dried red fruits. It has a medium to full body with soft, chewy tannins and a taste reminiscent of its nose. A long, complex finish initially offers fruit and spice, changing into a sublime lingering cedar. A truly remarkable wine. Drink it now, or lay it down for up to three or four years.
