Fruit salad jumps from the glass; Cantaloup, Banana, Cucumber, Honeydew Melon and Celery, with a bright undercurrent of Lemon and Pineapple. Hits with a bracing acidity that subtly fades, framing creamy key lime and caramelized brown sugar, finishing with a touch of bitter grapefruit zest. Overall very clean and interesting, in a good way! If you didn't see it served from a pouch, you'd never notice a difference from your standard bottled wine. August 14, 2011
