A touch more full and rich than the norm for Rias Baixas, this lovely, flavorful wine spent some time in barrels, which, along with the aging Sur Lie makes for a grand wine that will bring out the best of any seafood dish you can serve up. The usual heavy on the lemon citrus is present, along with touches peach. Crisp acidity and a clean, salty finish cry out for a nice bouillabaisse. September 4, 2011
