Geyser Peak Sauvignon Blanc California 2004
Depending on the temperature, this Suav Blanc ranges from gooseberry and grapefruit flavors when cold to margarita when warm, minus the tequila and salt of course. With a crisp acidity, this is a great wine for a hot summer day.
I'm not a big white wine drinker, but this was perfect for the BBQ I attended the other day. As one friend put it.... "this is fabulous". But I drank this on an empty stomach so the sweetness upset it. I still enjoyed the clean and simple taste! May 22, 2005
