Right off the bat this wine has a lot to say. A powerful nose speaks of grass, hay and a very distinct French funky, mustiness. Soil and truffles pour off the nose. Upon tasting, this Sauv Blanc makes its mark as a very distinct and complex vin de terroir. Bright acidity upfront, a long grassy finish and citrus throughout make this a very expressive wine.
