Scilio di Valle Galfina lies on the north eastern slopes of Mount Etna, at 2112 feet about sea level. The volcanic soil and mild climate peculiar to this area are essential for the production of Etna's wines. The wines are produced exclusively from the grapes cultivated organically on the 45 acre estate.
