ryansnyder reviewed Jané Ventura Cava Rosé Brut Reserva NV on August 2, 2006 A gorgeuous cranberry in color, this rosé Cava features a subtle effervescence. Soft ruby red grapefruit and lemon combine with chalk, raw almond and bay leaf. A smidgeon of red plum sneaks in on the dry finish. |
