Tried a Gavi some time back, saw this & who could not help buying with such a Cheerful Looking Bird on the label. The aroma slight citrus fruit, lemon/orange with hint of toffee. Taste, not too zippy, refreshing lemon but not over powering, good wine to have either as aperitif with nibbles or light first course. This Gavi is made from organic grapes
