winelearner reviewed 2006 La Vigue Mythique ( The Mythical Vine) AOC Gaillac on March 25, 2011 This wine needs to be decanted ( advise given by wine merchant) I did as told & think it was worth doing, not a lot of aroma bit fruit with spice & oak, the lack of aroma made up in taste, a powerful fruity spicey wine, it kept well, needs food, a very good winter meaty food wine, price paid very good, well worth seeking out. |
